Community Interview - Kegan Inman
Who are you?
I am Kegan Inman and currently am an 18 year old senior at Linton-Stockton High School.
What do you do?
I am a co-owner of Kegan’s Kandy Web Services. I enjoy running my business but also enjoy rollerblading.
Where in Greene County do you reside?
I currently live in Linton Indiana and have my entire life.
If someone was coming to Greene County Indiana for the first time, what would you suggest they put on their “must see or do” list?
If someone was coming to Greene County Indiana for the first time, I would want to make sure that they had the opportunity to see the Viaduct and the Richland Creek Covered Bridge, both near Bloomfield.
What would you describe as the ideal “night on the town” in Greene County?
If I was going to go on the ideal night on the town, I would have to start out with dinner from the Old Bank and Co. then enjoy a game of miniature golf at the Taylor Mini Golf, located in the city park. I would end the evening with a frappe from Francisco de Borja in downtown Linton.
What other things do you enjoy doing in Greene County?
A favorite activity of mine during the winter season is skating at Cruzer’s Roller Rink. Along with that, I enjoy getting out and seeing the scenery of the county from the Goosepond to the rolling hills of Eastern Greene County.
What would you say about the people that live here in Greene County?
I would have to say that some of the best people in the world live in Greene County Indiana. Greene County is home to a wide variety of people but all are always friendly and are very welcoming.
What would you say to someone if they told you that they were interested in moving to Greene County?
If someone told me that they were interested in moving to Greene County, I would be sure to tell them that they couldn’t make a better choice. Greene County has many things going for its residents. It is close to several large industrial areas and has a very low cost of living. It is also full of exciting and interesting things for its residents to do.
What does Greene County Indiana mean to you?
To me, Greene County Indiana means happiness. Greene County is a place to relax as well as grow. Greene County has many opportunities and several more appearing daily. Greene County is the future and Greene County is the present.
