Woman's Health Fair
A Woman's Health Fair will be at the Shakamak Good Samaritan Center Chapel at 6 p.m. May 22. It is sponsored by the GFWC/IFC Wednesday Research Club and funded with a grant from the General Federation of Women's Clubs. Included will be an introduction to the physical fitness equipment available at the Center, a program on Women and Heart Disease presented by nurse practitioner Shauna Poe from the Clay City Medical Center, an introduction to massage therapy by Wellness First, and Healthy Snacks presented by Jean Borders. Included will be booths featuring Home and Garden items, Creative Memory scrapbooking, and Mary Kay beauty items. There will be refreshments and door prizes.
