WebMail Terms and Conditions
To participate in the use of our WebMail system, you must agree to certain terms and conditions to protect you, the other uses and ourselves. Violation of any rules in any way can and likely will lead to termination of your email account.
1. Using the email system for any illegal purposes will cause in remove of the email account and deletion of all of the emails within it.
2. We have the right to enter your email at anytime with any reasonable suspicion of illegal conduct or wrong doing.
3. We are not liable for any illegal conduct through your email account.
4. Your WebMail account will be allotted 50mb of disk space. At the maximum allotment, your account will no longer receive email until the inbox is cleaned up.
5. You are free to use POP/SMTP to download your emails. To access the mail from your mail client (Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc.) you will need to use mail.greenecountyindiana.com.
6. When you register a WebMail account with us your application must be approved by a server administrator. We hold the right to reject any application for any reason. After your account has been accepted, we will email your username and password to the email address that you provided on your application.
7. With your email account, you can not diminish the name of this site in any way, shape or form, including but not limited to liable and slander. This may include posting derogatory remakes about someone else using your email account with us.
8. We reserve the right to remove your email account with any reasonable suspicion of breaking of any of these terms and conditions without notice. Upon removal of your email account, all email within the account will be deleted and can not be restored.
